WE ARE WESTLAKE VILLAGE
Welcome to the new Westlake Village Townehomes website! Developed with residents and realtors in mind, our website provides important and timely information, serves as a means of building "community," and helps us welcome new residents and introduce potential buyers to our neighborhood.
Westlake Village Townehomes is a 55+ owner-occupied neighborhood with no pets or rentals allowed. Established in 1977, our private community consists of 36 single-level units nestled in a park-like setting near downtown and Lake Loveland. The neighborhood features open landscaping and mature trees and is surrounded by a quarter-mile paved walkway perfect for exercising. From our private entrance on Taft Avenue, we have two-lane streets with three public parking areas for guests.

WE ARE A CLOSE COMMUNITY
We are a close-knit community with residents who generally look out for one another without infringing on individual privacy. In the past various community events have been held throughout the year, such as coffee get-togethers in resident driveways, ice cream socials, root beer float nights, Christmas in July, a fall fling, and Christmas luncheons. Given Covid-19 concerns, residents are encouraged to gather safely and some neighborhood events have been cancelled until further notice.
ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION
The Westlake Village Townehomes Condominium Owners' Association is comprised of a resident volunteer Board that collaborates to maintain and improve common areas and bring the WLV community together. The Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month, generally, and conducts special meetings as necessary. An annual meeting of all homeowners occurs in August, during which new Board members are elected to serve three-year terms.
The community is governed by a formally drafted and adopted Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and a Condominium Declaration. |
